Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager, Technology, Oracle, eBusiness Suite in New York, NY and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You'll Do

Oversee a team providing Oracle consulting services to clients in the hi-tech and consumer and industrial products industries. Responsible for all aspects of project development and implementation of Oracle modules and technology-enabled solutions for clients. Take projects from original concept through final implementation. Define project scope and objectives. Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and provide a single point of contact for those projects. Provide technical and analytical guidance to project team. Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables, and define project scope and objectives. Interface with management and business stakeholders to train end users, gather requirements from business, identify business gaps, and build process flowcharts. Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports using MS Project and HP PPM (Project Portfolio Management). Track project development from original concept through final implementation, including business analysis, developing reports, configuring applications, preparing functional specifications, testing, deployment and application management using leading practices and methodologies including Oracle AIM (Application Implementation Methodology), Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ITSM (Service Management). Support implementation of Oracle eBusiness Suite, including conducting requirement gathering and design sessions, fit-gap analysis based on As-ls and To-Be designs, capturing of process flows on MS Visio, preparing configuration documents (BR 100), and writing of functional requirements documents (MD5Os) for FRICEW (Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows Customizations) objects. Configure applications with Oracle eBusiness Suit and Oracle SCM Cloud modules, including WIP (Work in Process), Quality, BOM (Bill of Materials), MES (Manufacturing Execution System), inventory, costing, shipping, order management, pricing, marketing, CRM, service contracts, install base, AR, advanced pricing, and purchasing. Design and integrate Oracle CPQ Cloud (Configurator, Pricing, Quoting with BigMachines and Oracle Sales Cloud with Oracle ERP). Write SQL queries on Oracle data base with the use of Oracle SQL developer. Write business model test scenarios as a part of String, Integration, and User Acceptance Testing and perform regression testing for Order Management, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing modules. Test and support Oracle applications using HPQC (Quality Center), Service Now, Remedy tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Information Systems Management, Engineering (any), CIS, or a related field.
  • Five years of progressively responsible experience providing Oracle consulting services on behalf of a global consulting company.
  • Must have five years of experience with:
    • Developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports using MS Project and HP PPM (Project Portfolio Management);
    • Tracking project development from original concept through final implementation, including business analysis, developing reports, configuring applications, preparing functional specifications, testing, deployment and application management using leading practices and methodologies including Oracle AIM (Application Implementation Methodology), Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ITSM (Service Management);

  • In the alternative, employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in a stated field and three years of experience.
  • Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience acceptable.
  • 80% travel required.
