Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager, Technology, Deloitte Digital, Digital Customer in Atlanta, GA and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You'll Do

Provide IT consulting services on behalf of a global consulting company. Deliver components of client engagements to identify, design and implement technology-enabled and business solutions for large companies. Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects by providing a single point of contact for those projects. Define project scope and objectives, and organize and lead pursuit teams. Supervise the team to deliver and deploy strategies, designs and implementations of web content management, digital asset management and other technology solutions in the digital content space. Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports. Design and implement object and component-oriented solutions. Manage the full lifecycle application testing, including functional, regression, performance and integration testing. Oversee the development of applications on the Salesforce platform using Salesforce.com developer console, Force.com IDE, Force.com migration tool, Jenkins, SVN and GitHub. Leverage Salesforce workbench, SOAP UI, Salesforce WSDL, APEX webservices and middleware solutions, including Cast Iron, Dell Boomi, Informatica, Tibco and Mulesoft, to review WebService producer and consumer components based on SOAP and REST protocols. Review technical specifications and design documents including class and sequence diagrams by utilizing IBM Rational Rose and IBM Rational RequisitePro. Lead the implementation of Salesforce chatter event creation using feed tracking. Guide a team in designing user stories and delivering requirements based on a test-driven development approach in Agile framework using JIRA, Version One, Rally and HP Agile Manager. Handle the configuration of custom triggers, workflow rules and batch classes adhering to Salesforce Apex Governor Llimits and best practices by utilizing APEX test execution. Responsible for the implementation and testing of mobile solutions using the Salesforce1 application. Provide support in performing implementation of Web2case, Email2case, custom case management and call center automation using computer telephony interface (CTI) and contact handling by integrating the Salesforce instances to social media platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, CIS, MIS or a related field.
  • Five years of progressively responsible experience providing IT consulting services on behalf of a global consulting company.
  • Must have five years of experience with:
  • Developing applications on the Salesforce platform using Salesforce.com developer console, Force.com IDE, Force.com migration tool, Jenkins, SVN and GitHub;
  • Leveraging Salesforce workbench, SOAP UI, Salesforce WSDL, APEX webservices and middleware solutions, including Cast Iron, Dell Boomi, Informatica, Tibco and Mulesoft, to develop WebService producer and consumer components based on SOAP and REST protocols;
