Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager, Technology (Tech), Systems Integration, Systems Development in Boston, MA and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You'll Do

Provide technology-enabled consulting services to clients within the healthcare industry. Expand or modify system to serve new purposes or improve work flow for the public sector clients. Analyze client needs and requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints. Oversee various aspects of client engagement including planning, scheduling, coordinating, monitoring, budget and risk assessment and implementing complex software applications to meet organizational goals. Conduct all SDLC phases of the project including, requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and post production tasks related to large-scale engagements. Design visual modeling and components of large-scale enterprise software application using MS Visio. Capture requirements traceability to facilitate design and development process utilizing JAMA Contour. Develop and modify Java and J2EE software applications to fit business requirements utilizing Struts, Hibernate, ESB, WebLogic, CSS HTML and XML. Review all phases of SDLC implementation plans for custom applications built upon J2EE platform with Oracle or IBM DB2 at the backend. Oversee the development and review of business rules implemented in Oracle Policy Automation (OPA). Foster and maintain client relationships from project planning through execution including leading Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions with clients to identify business requirements, performing requirements management and functional design, and determining feasibility of design for the development team. Facilitate, monitor, and report all developments and support activities of Project Management Office (PMO), including issue tracking and management of requirements and defects using JAMA, JIRA tools, MS Project, and Project Management Center (PMC).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering (any), Computer Science, MIS, CIS or related field.
  • Must have five years of progressively responsible experience providing IT consulting services to clients in the public sector on behalf of a global consulting company.
  • Must have five years of experience with:
  • Working through several SDLC phases of the project including, requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and post production tasks related to large-scale engagements;
  • Designing visual modeling and components of large-scale enterprise software application using MS Visio, and capturing the requirements traceability to design and development process utilizing using JAMA Contour;
  • Developing and implementing Java and J2EE software applications utilizing Struts, Hibernate, ESB, WebLogic, CSS HTML, and XML;
  • Planning releases and projects across phases of SDLC implementation for custom applications built upon J2EE platform with Oracle or IBM DB2 as backend;
