Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager, Strategy & Operations, Operations Transformation in Dallas, TX and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You'll Do

Deliver large, complex client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business and Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) technology solutions for large companies. Provide service excellence by identifying key client business issues, determining business needs through client interaction and supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating and validating analysis, defining project scope and developing recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagement. Apply key lease management and corporate real estate industry trends to recommend appropriate IWMS Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools to manage real estate assets though optimizing financial, pricing, and operational performance based on analysis of clients' current business processes and technical infrastructure. Develop and present proposals and solution designs for real estate (RE), facilities management (FM) and contract management activities. Identify gaps with existing RE and FM business processes and propose solutions through the deployment of IWMS tools such as IBM TRIRIGA. Conduct client workshops and design sessions to gather business requirements, draft functional design documentation, create work plans and release schedules and participate in full software development lifecycle for IWMS solution implementations. Oversee functional and technical IWMS implementation stages including system design, prototyping and process design as well as scenario design and flow mapping. Develop implementation strategies and perform legacy data migration and solution architecture integration with legacy financial and human resource systems utilizing data management tools, including SQL and Oracle Database. Design IBM TRIRIGA system architecture with TRIRIGA Application Building, System Administration, Reporting and Matrix, Data Integrator and Object Migration tools. Configure IBM TRIRIGA modules such as Real Estate, Capital Project, Reservation Management, Operation and Maintenance and Space & Move Management to meet clients' business needs. Identify and mitigate risks in the application and implementation process and assess impacts to the project testing phases, release schedule and leadership resource allocation. Develop and execute testing strategies across application and project lifecycles including unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing. Track and resolve reported defects and conduct fit-gap analysis during solution deployment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering (any), Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field.
  • Five years of progressively responsible experience providing Business Model Transformation consulting services to clients on behalf of a global consulting company.
  • Must have five years of experience in:
  • Identifying gaps with existing RE and FM business processes and propose solutions through the deployment of IWMS tools such as IBM TRIRIGA;
  • Conducting client workshops and design sessions to gather business requirements, draft functional design documentation, create work plans and release schedules and participate in full software development lifecycle for IWMS solution implementations;
