Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager, Strategy & Operations, Business Model Transformation in New York, NY and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You'll Do

Oversee business development team which evaluates, analyses, and formulates strategies for business growth. Assist clients in developing a Shared Services organization and improve back-office efficiencies by eliminating duplication and streamlining processes. Lead and deliver complex client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative shared services business solutions for leading companies. Oversee the development of key projects and is accountable for the successful closure of business deals. Direct the planning and preparation of business proposals, and make recommendations to senior management. Manage and direct the work of respective business unit, focusing on policy and strategy implementation. Implement and oversee the quality of deliverables and effectively manage the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance. Participated in development and presentation of proposals for business development activities. Execute projects to completion utilizing PERT and Gantt frameworks to assess and track project status. Develop MS Visio process flow guide to ensure timely and efficient project delivery. Develop business execution plans and recommend strategies for revenue growth, as well as identify cost reduction opportunities. Oversee team in applying Lean process methodologies, including Value Stream Mapping as Continuous Improvement techniques, and Kaizen, DMAIC and Ishikawa diagrams to optimize business practices. Direct team in designing ERP technology solutions using SAP-EWM, SAP-WM, IWMS, and TRIRIGA to solve business requirements including warehouse, facilities, and corporate management. Manage team in employing Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Framework to advise executives on strategic business model transformations, cross-functional strategy, outsourcing and change management. Lead team in conducting market and competitor research and competitor landscape analysis utilizing ISI Emerging Markets, Forrester, Gartner, IBISWorld, Factiva and Capital IQ data to develop benchmarks and best practices. Manage team in developing business technology solution architecture for supplier, performance, asset, and risk management using technology platforms including Salesforce, Maximo, TRIRIGA, and SAP. Lead teams in synthesizing external data and research to create executive presentations and executive workshops utilizing Tableau. Manage the performance of decision modeling utilizing Solver and executing regression and financial analysis to evaluate parameters of client strategies utilizing Dupont, SNL, and Capital IQ.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering (any), Management or a related field.
  • Five years of experience providing consulting services to clients in the Retail and Consumer and Industrial Products industries.
  • Must have five years of experience with:
  • Applying Lean process methodologies, including Value Stream Mapping as Continuous Improvement techniques, and Kaizen, DMAIC and Ishikawa diagrams to optimize business practices;
  • Designing ERP technology solutions using SAP-EWM, SAP-WM, IWMS, and TRIRIGA to solve business requirements including warehouse, facilities, and corporate real estate management;
  • Employing Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Framework to advise executives on strategic business model transformations, cross-functional strategy, outsourcing and change management;
  • Conducting market and competitor research and competitor landscape analysis utilizing ISI Emerging Markets, Forrester, Gartner, IBISWorld, Factiva and Capital IQ data to develop benchmarks and best practices;

  • In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree in a stated field plus three years of experience.
  • 80% travel required.
