Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager, Strategy and Operations, Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations in Charlotte, NC and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You'll Do

Deliver large, complex client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions for large companies. Provide service excellence by identifying key client business issues, determining client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating and validating analysis and developing recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagement. Implement deliverables and effectively manage the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance. Participate in setting engagement objectives and scope, including developing work plans for component of engagements, coordinating activities between work streams, and identifying changes in scope. Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support towards onboarding, deployment and professional development. Gather business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and provide resolutions for fit-gaps for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), cloud tools and software implementations, including Oracle PeopleSoft or Coupa procurement software. Utilize various invoicing modules including, Purchasing, Account Payables, and Travel and Expense for Oracle PeopleSoft General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Purchase Orders (PO), eProcurement, Cash Management Rel 9.1 Onwards, and Coupa procurement software for requisitions, invoices and purchase orders. Create functional design documents for Procure to Pay Design for PeopleSoft Procurement and Accounts Payable modules, including PS Workflow and Coupa Requisitioning, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts and Invoicing modules. Develop integration test and user acceptance test strategies, test plans and test scripts and maintain testing results using HP ALM and JIRA. Implement and develop materials for various PeopleSoft modules to facilitate end-user training using either Microsoft Office Tools. Conduct end-user support after system go-live to facilitate adoption of the system and track issues in tools using JIRA. Provide functional support for technology platform upgrades for PeopleSoft or Coupa by performing upgrade testing, cutover planning, and providing cutover and post production support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (any) or a related field.
  • Five years of progressively responsible experience providing consulting services to clients on behalf of a global consulting company.
  • Must have 5 years of experience with:
  • Gathering business requirements, performing fit-gap analysis, and providing resolutions for fit-gaps for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), cloud tools and software implementations, including Oracle PeopleSoft or Coupa procurement software;
  • Utilizing various invoicing modules including, Purchasing, Account Payables, and Travel and Expense for Oracle PeopleSoft General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Purchase Orders (PO), eProcurement, Cash Management Rel 9.1 Onwards, and Coupa procurement software for requisitions, invoices and purchase orders;

  • 80% travel required.
  • In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree in a stated field plus three years of experience. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable.
