Managed Risk Services Operations Excellence / Project Management

This role will be responsible for supporting the Delivery Team of Managed Risk Services. Expectation of this role will include engaging and understanding the full MRS Delivery Model in order to support various work streams at any point in the design or implementation of an MRS Solution. Project management skills are required as well as communication skills (written and verbal).

Delivery Design Support

  • Provide support to Service Delivery Team on specific work stream as needed
  • Assist in developing presentations or reports (excel, Visio or PowerPoint)
  • Update delivery artifacts as directed; this may include technology, operational excellence, or general MRS related content

  • General Project Management Support
  • Participate in Delivery meetings; taking notes or following up on action items
  • Coordinate Delivery Meetings as necessary
  • Manage Delivery communication plan
  • Manage Delivery Team master schedule
  • Must have the ability to work flexible hours
  • Some travel may be required


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in Business Management, Engineering, or other related field of study.
  • Experienced or Certified in Lean Six Sigma (green or black belt).
  • Good working knowledge of software programs Minitab, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, and Project.
  • Effective organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to proactively take initiative and complete tasks in a timely manner.
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work well with both technical and non-technical personnel
  • Self-starter and the ability to plan and organize workload under supervision
