Work you'll do

As an Industry Solutions Specialist Leader you will lead the creation of innovative and transformative solutions for clients that address their next generational needs. Additional responsibilities will include:

  • Creating effective visions, strategies, and roadmaps, in direct alignment and support of business and technology objectives for clients within Life Sciences & Healthcare sector.
  • Partnering with client's stakeholders in pharmaceutical / medical devices / biotechnology industry to identify their needs, finding the most suitable analytical solutions and providing recommendations.
  • Develop assets and methodologies, points-of-view, research or white papers, support development of marketing collateral in key areas such as drug portfolio strategy, IP valuation, pharmaceutical operating model design, physician and patient segmentation, drug launch and commercialization strategy, market access strategy with payers and providers.
  • Lead vendor assessment for content management of Life Sciences & Healthcare sector companies by creating vendor selection framework, conducting demos, road-mapping, and pricing assessment.
  • Manage service excellence by identifying key issues for key accounts, determining project needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating, and validating analysis, and developing recommendations in the context of overall engagement.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in life sciences patient services consulting
  • 6 years of experience creating key strategic and operational solutions for clients within the Life Sciences & Healthcare sector, utilizing Veeva Vault Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS), Regulatory Information Management (RIM) Suite, and electronic Trial Master File (eTMF)
  • 6+ years of experience with solution design & architecture experience in niche areas of AI, Data and industry platform to solve core business problems to accelerate drug research and development process
  • 6+ years of experience leading onshore and offshore teams that provide organization leaders with the capabilities and tools to build flexible, custom business models, utilizing Veeva Development Cloud
  • 6+ years of experience leading engagement planning and budgeting by defining deliverable structure, content, and delivery while managing risks and quality of delivery, utilizing Veeva Vault Regulatory Information Management (RIM) Suite, Clinical Suite, Clinical Data Management Suite (CDMS); leading proposal development efforts, and contributing to the development of pricing strategies for existing project extensions and new opportunities;
  • 6+ years of experience performing role of counselor and coach, actively participating in staff recruitment and retention activities, and providing leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices;
  • Limited Sponsorship may be available

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $193,700 - 322
