Work you'll do

As a Senior Consultant within our OT&T team you will:

  • Perform project tasks independently, and may direct the efforts of others
  • Participate in and/or lead the development of deliverable content that meets the needs of the client and contract
  • Anticipate client needs and formulate solutions to client issues
  • Review deliverables for accuracy and quality
  • Provides coaching to junior staff
  • Contributes to new business proposals and proposal development
  • Manages own personal and professional development; seeks opportunities for professional growth and expansion of consulting skills and experiences

Qualifications

Required:

  • Master's degree in Instructional Design related field.
  • Minimum five-years of demonstrated curriculum design and development experience using the ADDIE model or Kirkpatrick model.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage development of complex WBT courses from inception to completion with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting needs assessments for WBT courses.
  • Demonstrated experience developing storyboards for multimedia products and conceiving of interactions that enhance learning and are in line with defined learning objectives.
  • Demonstrated experience in assisting users with technical support for WBTs.
  • Demonstrated experience in expert level web-based training (WBT) consultation to customers
  • Demonstrated experience in engaging ISD expertise in other interactive product development, which may include web-site, interactive/training DVDs, and other interactive tools.
  • Demonstrated experience in converting existing classroom-based course content to WBT.
  • Demonstrated experience in development of new WBT course development.
  • Demonstrated experience in collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create Project Plans and Storyboards
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems and Blended Learning Instruction.
  • Demonstrated experience in Collaborating with Customer Service, Graphic Designers, Multimedia Developers, and Subject Matter Experts
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems and Blended Learning Instruction.
  • Active TS/SCI Security Clearance with Poly

Preferred:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Demonstrated ability to work directly with diverse and senior level customers and with client-appointed SMEs to design online training courses that fulfill the client's training needs. Demonstrated experience in accessibility testing using Client accessibility standards.
  • Certifications or advanced knowledge of User Experience design methodologies
  • Demonstrated experience working with graphic design and multimedia professionals to produce high-end WBT courses.
