Work you'll do/Responsibilities

· Assist clients in addressing their most complex business challenges by maximizing performance of the Human Resource (HR) function through leading-edge systems and processes

· Define, build and implement enhancements to HR processes and structure that will improve the HR function's alignment to business objectives and ability to help drive business results

· Drive HR technology implementations through planning, process design, configuration, user acceptance testing, etc.

The Team

From our centers, we work with Deloitte consultants to design, develop and build solutions to help clients reimagine, reshape and rewire the competitive fabric of entire industries. Our centers house a multitude of specialists, ranging from systems designers, architects and integrators, to creative digital experts, to cyber risk and human capital professionals. All work together on diverse projects from advanced preconfigured solutions and methodologies, to brand-building and campaign management. We are a unique blend of skills and experiences, yet we underline the value of each individual, providing customized career paths, fostering innovation and knowledge development with a focus on quality. The US Delivery Center supports a collaborative team culture where we work and live close to home with limited travel.

Qualifications Required

· Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.

· At least 2 years' experience in working with HCM/HRIS/Talent Management systems, preferably within the Oracle application solution set for HCM

· Experience in all phases of the technology implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, build, go-live, testing)

· Ability to learn complex systems and business processes and define requirements for solutions.

· Able to coordinate efforts in line with the "bigger picture" to maximize the overall value of project and process initiatives

· Ability to travel up to 20%

Preferred

· Experience in Payroll, Onboarding, or Benefits preferred. Other relevant modules will be considered

Additional US Delivery Center Requirements:
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency
  • Ability and willingness to acquire U.S. Security Clearance
  • Must currently hold or be able to acquire Top Secret Clearance
  • Must currently hold or be able to acquire Secret Clearance


  • Must be willing to live and work in the Orlando, FL area
