Work you'll do

As a Strategy Consulting Manager for the HR Operational Excellence you will use your knowledge and experience of HR Mergers & Acquisitions to optimize business results through the alignment of HR service delivery and strategy. Help businesses achieve their strategic objectives for performance and growth by:

  • Advise clients though execution of the M&A lifecycle related to Human Resources integration to include: M&A strategy, operational due diligence, integration, restructuring and process design and operating model definition.
  • Provide guidance in M&A areas such as synergy capture, cost reduction, shared services, outsourcing, and process redesign.
  • Maintaining a hands-on approach to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate
  • Leading your team to deliver superior results for your client, while navigating your client effectively
  • Managing all aspects of the project, including monitoring and identifying any project issues early to be able to mitigate any risk for your client
  • Designing work plans for large complex global engagements
  • Forging strong relationships with both the clients and project teams that will contribute to your growth and development.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 6+ years related experience
  • External consulting experience
  • Knowledge of HR function, processes, and best practices
  • Experience in Human Resources M&A integration and Program Management.
  • Up to 80% travel required

Preferred:

  • 8+ years of related experience
  • Big 4 Consulting experience
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
