Our Value Proposition
As part of Deloitte’s Human Capital team, our Strategic Change and Transformation practice deals with the human factors that affect an organisation’s ability to make critical changes. We align people strategies with business strategies to help clients with mergers and restructurings, functional and sourcing transformations, and risk and technology programs.
We lead and support significant organisational and change initiatives, and provide a range of learning and leadership services to improve executive and employee performance for our client partners.
We have the depth and breadth to assist with large-scale change in ownership and ERP installations, as well as singular program designs.
About their experience
We have opportunities available in our fast growing Melbourne practice and are looking for professionals who have worked across multiple business domains with proven consulting experience in the disciplines of Strategic Change Management in particular:
- Leadership Alignment – work with key organisation representatives to enhance and optimise leadership capabilities, and ensure alignment and understanding of the vision and strategic objectives
- Stakeholder Management – involve and engage the right team to develop, build and implement the change initiative in the business
- Communications – develop timely, relevant and targeted communications to increase understanding, engagement and align efforts
We are looking for candidates that have previously working in a consulting environment, in a range of industries, and who are intellectually curious, comfortable with ambiguity and passionate about development – of themselves and others. You have the ability to build relationships based on empathy and show initiative, ownership and energy.
