Application Management Services: Provide complete operations services for application management, custom development, and business process outsourcing for clients. Develop the post implementation go-live support environment, construct the transition plan from the project team to the support team, and support and maintain the client applications and technology infrastructure

  • Should have experience in managing Oracle Process Manufacturing.
  • Experience in support and Implementation of OPM, Inventory, PO, Shipping modules.
  • Experience in Business requirement gathering, Gap analysis, Solution Design, and system process testing.
  • Should have good knowledge in full production Cycle in OPM such as Firm Planned Orders, MRP planned Orders, Allocating the products etc.
  • Should have good understanding in OPM configuration and processes such as Creating, releasing, certifying batches, OPM system module prerequisites, and Plant/Warehouse and Item relationship.
  • Demonstrated experience as a senior resource assisting in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training.
  • Contributing to the functional and technical design, prototyping, and process design stages of implementations (including scenario design, flow mapping).
  • Ability to broker signoff on functional requirements and process documentation from the appropriate business process owners and all key impacted stakeholders.
  • Support roll-outs of new and expanding processes/projects.
  • Supporting configurations, customization, reports and interfaces, testing and user training
  • Identifying, writing and managing business requirements.
  • A Bachelor's degree in the area of specialization
