Digital Supply Network and Analytics Consultant

Work you'll do

As a Sr. Consultant within our Supply Chain team, you will:

  • Improve customer service operations and develop cost-effective supply chain acquisition solutions
  • Perform project tasks independently, and may direct the efforts of others
  • Participate in and/or lead the development of deliverable content that meets the needs of the client and contract
  • Anticipate client needs and formulate solutions to client issues
  • Review deliverables for accuracy and quality
  • Provides coaching to junior staff
  • Contributes to new business proposals and proposal development
  • Manages own personal and professional development; seeks opportunities for professional growth and expansion of consulting skills and experiences
  • Build and execute supply chain operations and processes enabled by the Internet of Things (IoT) advanced analytics, and other digital technologies leveraging deep functional and domain experience in supply chain and manufacturing operations
  • Develop and present both quantitative analysis and non-quantitative analytical materials to senior level clients, demonstrating strong analytical problem solving skills
  • Lead and direct supply chain practitioners in the design and execution of Digital Supply Chain Solutions and IoT in Supply Chain (i.e., executing IoT pilots and then translating them into scalable, mobile, adaptable, and replicable solutions; deploying cloud-based multi-functional supply chain solutions (e.g., JDA, Elementum, OneNetwork, FusionOps, GT Nexus, E2Open)
  • Lead teams in executing data extraction and manipulation in to conduct quantitative analyses
  • Define and deliver on data strategies to identify, map, connect, and sustain data connections

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering
  • 3+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience
  • Experience working independently with minimal supervision and guidance
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment
  • Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objective
  • Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience
  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research tools
  • Ability to obtain and maintain the required Security Clearance for this role
  • Demonstrated proficiency or training in supply chain analytics and visualization tools/software (e.g. R, Python, Tableau, Coupa, exc…) Skilled in working with large datasets; including data mining, assessing data quality, statistical/trend analysis and predictive analytics Technical capability (e.g., open database connectivity, application programming interface, etc.) to connect disparate data from multiple systems and datasets

Preferred:

  • Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
  • Supply Chain optimization experience
