The Opportunity

You are a leader, not a follower and you’re looking to join a progressive professional services organisation that puts Talent at the top of its agenda. As an accomplished reward professional you will be able to develop -trusted relationships with key business stakeholders and Human Resource Directors to influence the agenda over critical strategic reward matters and help shape the Total Reward strategy.

As a key member of the HR Team aligned to a specific business area, you’ll have the opportunity to drive change; identifying and delivering strategic and operational solutions for our Total Reward Agenda that will optimise both employee and business performance. In fact, we’ll rely on your experience and knowledge of best practice in other complex organisations to provide advice and input on the Total Reward levers to help drive high quality business outcomes.

We operate in a fast-paced and complex matrix environment so you’ll need to make considered recommendations quickly. And then of course, you’ll need excellent communication skills to convince multiple stakeholders that these are the right solutions for the business.

Ideally you’ll come from a busy, highly-reputable, Consultancy, Professional Services or Partnership organisation where you are a specialist in reward. You’ll have a sound understanding of UK reward practice and regulation. Experience of reward regulation and practices in other European jurisdictions is desirable. You’ll be CIPD qualified (or equivalent) with evidence of further education being beneficial, and a strong working knowledge of Project Management tools.

We are Internal Client Services (ICS)

Internal Client Services (ICS) contributes to the success of Deloitte through six departments: Clients & Markets, Finance & Legal, Human Resources, IT Services, Property & Corporate Services and the Shared Services Organisation. There is no such thing as a ‘typical’ ICS person or job. The work we do is as varied as our people are diverse: administrators, artwork designers, accountants, advisors, audio-visual technicians, business analysts, building surveyors, bilingual secretaries. ICS teams are based across the UK, Switzerland and India, all sharing a common goal of providing outstanding support to Deloitte and its people.
