Have what it takes to be a great leader? Deloitte’s Summer Leadership Conferences are multi-day events held in various locations across the US for college and university students who demonstrate leadership potential, who are motivated to learn and grow, and who want to develop keen insights into what makes a strong leader.

What you’ll do

As a Summer Leadership Conference participant, you’ll meet diverse and innovative professionals from Deloitte and participate in hands-on career development workshops and activities. You’ll hone your interpersonal, team-building, and negotiations skills in a dynamic and interactive environment and collaborate with students who share similar professional goals and interests.

Skills you’ll build

During the multi-day conference you’ll participate in interactive activities where you’ll take on the roles of business leaders. You’ll learn how to organize and lead a group to effectively face future business challenges throughout your career. Most of all, you’ll build professional skills and relationships with other outgoing participants and Deloitte team members which will last long after you return home.

Qualifications

  • Pursing a Bachelor degree in a business, accounting, technology or related field (sophomore or junior standing)
  • Strong academic credentials (minimum GPA of 3.3)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments in a team environment
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills; adaptive to change, creativity & self-confidence; leadership qualities; team-oriented and collaborative

During the Summer Leadership Conferences, you’ll meet talented and diverse sophomores and juniors from colleges and universities across the country. You’ll gain first-hand exposure to the qualities that make great leaders and gain keen insights from innovative professionals working at Deloitte.
