Your responsibilities will include
- Providing an employment tax consulting service to clients, relating to PAYE, NIC, remuneration planning, salary sacrifice, termination payments, construction industry scheme, employment status, and car schemes.
- Contributing to the growth of the practice by assisting with business development initiatives.
- Managing less experienced colleagues, including delegating work, training, development and appraisals.
