These profiles include alignment to market leading solutions and skillsets including: Data Engineering, Data Science Enablement, Cloud, Quality Engineering, Digital Commerce, Salesforce, Product Management, Quality Engineering, Supply Chain, Oracle and SAP.

As a Business Technology Solutions Summer Scholar, you will develop recommendations that optimize the use of technology within an organization, applying strategic technology solutions. We are looking for someone who can move fluidly across both business and IT stakeholders, understanding both the business and applying analytical skills to help clients take advantage of growth opportunities through the adoption of technology. In addition to an understanding of business technology solutions, this person should be a keen observer and learner and should have strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex problems and communicate findings.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about gaining depth of experience in a specific technology solution to deliver exceptional value to our clients. Additionally, we are looking for an Summer Scholar who is energetic, creative, intellectually curious, self-motivated, and inspires a high level of confidence in team members and clients.

The Team

Our Deloitte Consulting team plays a major role in directly embedding technology insights into our clients' organizational goals. Required Qualifications

  • Enrollment in a full-time academic program with a target graduation date by Spring/Summer 2026
  • Bachelor's Degree in progress in these related areas of study

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Strong academic track record (3.0 cumulative GPA required, 3.3 cumulative GPA preferred)
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at time of employment

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $39/hour.

Our Summer Scholar training program provides a view both into the technical skills as well as critical professional behaviors, standards, and mindsets required to make the most of your internship. The program includes a variety of team-based, hands-on exercises and activities.
