Our Public Sector practice has a strong and growing presence in the Defence, Security and Justice (DSJ) Sectors and is recruiting across a number of competencies. Our strong relationships, and the depth and breadth of our skills, means we have been at the heart of some of the biggest and most ambitious programmes undertaken in this sector.
With exciting opportunities being identified, and new client challenges emerging, we’re looking for consulting professionals to join us at Consultant and Senior Consultant level. To deliver on our significant growth plans we are seeking experienced practitioners from the following competency backgrounds. For any of these vacancies candidates should note that prior experience in consulting firms is preferred, without it candidates must be able to show strong evidence of other team-based consulting experience;
Our technology practice is seeking candidates with experience in any of the following areas; business analysis; solution architecture; infrastructure design; data analytics and project / programme delivery. Crucially we need people who have a strong focus on how business goals can be met with the application of technology
Our Operations practice is seeking candidates with experience of helping clients to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of their operations. Candidates will have had experience in using Lean Sigma/process improvement methods and/or experience of operating model review and design. Business analysis, requirements capture/analysis and business change experience on process change-related programmes will also be relevant.
Our strategy practice is looking for candidates who enjoy addressing challenging problems and bring experience of employing analytical rigour and strategic insight to deliver pragmatic, actionable recommendations which are tailored to and valued by our clients
People / Change:
Our People team is seeking candidates with experience of helping organisations improve the way they undertake organisational change and HR transformation. Specifically we are looking candidates with strong knowledge of one or more of the following; business change (helping clients to achieve their change goals), organisational design and talent (helping clients drive value through their organisation by redesigning and redefining their capabilities and structure), talent management and HR transformation (improvement, redesign or transformation of HR policies and procedure).
Our Finance team work across the following disciplines; Finance Performance and Analytics (development and improvement of finance performance and information), Finance Process Improvement (transformation of an organisation’s finance function processes) and Finance Enterprise Performance Management (delivering services and solutions for consolidation, planning, reporting and analytics). Of particular interest are the following skills: Benefits management, Financial Planning & Budgeting, Business Case Development, Cost Modelling and Process Improvement.

The Consulting Career Paths are:
Consulting pathway – pathway based around developing a broad consulting skillset alongside building expertise in a specific domain
Consulting Solutions pathway – pathway where there is greater focus on building skills and deep expertise in a specific domain. Practitioners have a narrow focus, determined by their SME and type of contribution made
Consulting Services pathway – pathway for people whose career is built around the delivery of managed services to clients (either internal or external)
