Data Scientist with Polygraph

Work you'll do
Individual will select from a range of machine learning models and tools to design and conduct analytics focused on solving key client mission or decision problems or producing outputs to increase mission performance and impact. The data scientist will often design algorithms that require a number of different models/methods to be used in an ensemble. We want people who seek the best combination of external data, models, signals, and technology to solve problems without relying on pre-conceived ideas or bias towards certain models, applications, technologies, or data types. A qualified data scientist will have hands-on experience with one or more analytics tools and platforms - SAS, SPSS, Python, R, Hadoop - as well as some number of the following analytic models and approaches:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or other business-related field
- 3+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience
- A qualified data scientist will have hands-on experience with one or more analytics tools and platforms
- Experience with a number of Analytic models and approaches
Experience with Microsoft Excel (MS Excel), Python, MySQL, IBM SPSS Modeler, SAS (Statistical Analysis System), Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning Random Forests, Monte Carlo Simulation, Markov Chains, and Univariate or Simple Linear Regression required
Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required
- Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
- Experience with: SQL; Python; R; VBA, Hadoop
