Corporate Communications Specialist

Defines, designs, coordinates, and implements corporate level communications. Evaluates, maintains, monitors, and edit communications submitted for corporate issues as well as work closely with various departments to ensure messages are delivered clearly and effectively across a variety of communication platforms. Shall possess the following capabilities:

Work you'll do

On our project you will:

  • Define content marketing and outreach strategies in accordance with Corporate communications goals,
  • Ensure communications campaigns are in line with the orgs brand, position, and strategic message; coordinate and execute associate messaging campaigns
  • Research, prepare and execute communications plan
  • Support messaging and content development by researching, conducting interviews, and analyzing data or information
  • Write and maintain content for web pages
  • Implement marketing and communications plan through appropriate communication channels
  • Modify media communications and prepare written, visual, audible, and other media
  • Maintain communications material and content archive, and,define content marketing and outreach strategies in accordance with corporate communication goals

Qualifications

Required:
  • Intermediate to expert level use of MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
  • Proactive, ability to generate own work under minimum supervision, and the genuine willingness to learn about the clients environment and mission is desired
  • Candidate should be very comfortable meeting with clients to discuss requirements and finalize deliverables
  • Prior experience working in the Operations Directorate is a bonus, but not required
  • Interest in data analytics, but not required
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance required


Preferred:
  • Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Intermediate to expert level use of MS PowerPoint and MS Excel

  • Proactive, ability to generate own work under minimum supervision, and the genuine willingness to learn about the client's environment and mission
