Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Consultant in New York, New York and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You'll Do
Drive software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities; provide application analysis to meet software architecture and infrastructure goals. Define systems strategy, develop system requirements, design, prototype, and test custom technology solutions, and support system implementation. Participate in setting engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans for components of engagements, and coordinate activities between workstreams and identify changes in scope. Provide industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modeling tools to produce analysis and algorithms that help businesses make better decisions. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document; support creation of interface specifications and call flows for the various components in the design.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Researching user reported issues with software systems, identifying root causes and resolutions, and implementing fixes, utilizing Buganizer and Jira;
• Tracking implementation defects, coordinating defect resolution efforts, and documenting resolution details, utilizing Jira;
• Creating project charters, schedules, and plans, defining project tasks, allocating resources, and monitoring project progress utilizing Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Smartsheet and Confluence;
• Working across all phases of the Agile product lifecycle to design, develop, test and implement ecommerce and digital marketing applications including SAP Commerce, Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Experience Platform for enterprise-level clients;
• Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate functional and technical requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that fully meet client needs, utilizing Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides;
• Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverables status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Confluence;
• Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes and environments to support project design of future-state/to-be systems, processes and environments, utilizing Lucid Chart and Microsoft Visio; and
• Designing and delivering user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption and maintenance in client environments, utilizing Confluence and Adobe Acrobat Pro.

Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week;
Annual Salary: $137,700.00-$229,500.00
