Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Project Delivery Manager in Chicago, Illinois and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You'll Do
Manage software testing and implementation services for information technology projects to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions in the insurance, financial services, healthcare, state and local government, telecom, and retail industries. Manage test estimation, test planning, test design, test execution, test reporting as well as coordinate testing and test artifacts across all phases of testing, including SIT (System Integration Testing), UAT (User Acceptance Testing), End-to-End, and Performance Testing. Manage day to day interactions with executives and sponsors in connection with information technology projects; develop and maintain contact with top decision makers. Serve as a technical liaison between the business, project team and developers/testers.; Work with IT infrastructure teams for information technology projects to deploy and maintain applications. Perform role of counselor and coach; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Improve internal processes and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.

Requirements
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Coordinating technical and functional system testing requirements and use cases, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data and process models, utilizing Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM), Technical Design documents (TDD), and Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM) documents;
• Coordinating test scripts, plans, and cases, logging defects, and generating test execution reports utilizing HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Quality Center (QA), and Atlassian Jira;
• Performing and driving testing across custom developed solutions, including Functional Validation, System Integration (SIT), Performance, and supported User Acceptance (UAT) testing of Operations Support Systems (OSS), Business Support Systems (BSS), and IT systems supporting a variety of Telecommunications services;
• Build and review and execute test strategy for Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) and Big Data Testing for Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), Data Mart, and Data Lake solutions;
• Organizing with teams, including external vendors across different types of testing, utilizing test management tools including Jira, BMC Remedy, and HP ALM; and
Coordinating and performing Data analysis and testing of Analytic platform for Batch, Real Time & Near Real Time systems using Toad, SQL PL/SQL Developer, Hue, Python, Apache Spark, and Confluent Kafka.
