We arelooking for a strong Consultant or Senior Consultant to join DeloitteConsulting's Management Reporting team. This is a virtual position that can beperformed from a home office or Deloitte office and requires minimal travel(0-10%).

Work You'll Do:

Theselected individual will be responsible for defining and delivering reportingand analysis to support Deloitte Consulting's leadership decision-making.

Giventhe matrix structure of Deloitte Consulting, challenging operational andcompetitive landscape, and the rapid pace of evolution of our business, it iscritical to provide actionable insights to our leaders in a timely manner.

Thisposition will work with key leaders across the Deloitte Consulting practice, aswell as other support areas.

The ManagementReporting Team:

TheConsulting Finance Management Reporting Team is responsible for managing thedevelopment of all bi-weekly, period-end, quarter-end, year-end, and ad-hoc presentations,communications and reports for Deloitte's Consulting practice. The materialsthe team develops focus on telling the story of Consulting's financial andoperational results and the drivers of those results. This includes, but is notlimited to, Executive Committee presentations, Management Committee BusinessPerformance Reviews, preparation for Consulting Board meetings, and USExecutive Committee presentations.

The teamalso ensures that all financial communications to the practice through internalcommunication vehicles are accurate and timely.

The teamaddresses short-term and long-term projects focused on operational analysis andimprovement initiatives. This could include improving the operationalprocesses or report design, developing improved means to monitor and measureperformance, and improving key operational processes. Many analyses willrequire viewing our business in a new and different way.

  • Bachelor'sdegree
  • 3-5years in a professional services environment preferred
  • Stronganalytical skills
  • PriorFP&A experience a plus
  • Abilityto diagnose operational and financial drivers of performance results
  • Abilityto see the 'big picture' and apply a strategic perspective
  • Strongslide design and storyboarding skills for 'telling stories with data'
  • Abilityto structure work and analyses and develop executive-ready deliverables
  • Abilityto work with a variety of stakeholders to implement change
  • Comfortablemulti-tasking in a fast-paced, results-oriented work environment
  • Abilityto work well on a virtual team
  • Strongwritten communication skills
  • Strongverbal communication skills and executive presence
  • Advancedskills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint required
  • Proficiencywith SAP financial systems and Tableau (optional but preferred)
