As a Consultant our Customer Technology team, you will be responsible for delivering customer-focused cloud based technologies. Working on innovative, challenging and complex projects, this role will see you specialise in the design and implementation in the use of the Salesforce platform, advising on recommendations and seeing that vision through to reality.
Previous experience within a Consulting or industry background with a passion for technology and solving business challenges.
Qualifications, Key Skills, Experience & Knowledge
- Tertiary Qualification (preferably business or IT, Bachelors or Masters degree)
- Proven client-facing or consulting experience within a reputable professional services organisation
- Hands-on / project experience with Salesforce as a consultant, business analyst, functional consultant, or administrator or project team member
- Certification in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Salesforce Development
- Specific product-based experience or knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud or Service Cloud
- Ability to present alternatives outcomes, propose solutions and ‘‘think outside the box”
