Business Process Specialist

Work you'll do

As a Consultant within our OT&T team you will:

  • Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work
  • Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues
  • Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports
  • Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products
  • Assist in proposal development, as requested
  • Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, human resources, communications, industrial and organizational development/psychology or a related discipline
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in an industry or consulting team-oriented environment in corporate operations, management and/or human resources-related fields
  • Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
  • Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience
  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research tools
  • Minimum 3 years experience with technical development and implementation of COTS OEM Tool.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience providing production support by assisting with the analysis, design, programming, and testing of solutions to complex production problems, supports the development of test scenarios and test cases; correct data in critical situations as directed.
  • Experience assisting in the design and creation of technical specifications from functional specifications for complex development projects, analyze the impacts of vendor provided updates and upgrades to the system.
  • Assist in the technical development and system design skills.
  • TS SCI with Polygraph Required.

Preferred:

  • Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
