Business Analyst - Federal Strategy & Operations, Consulting - Princeton University

We’re looking for a talented Federal Business Analyst with exceptional problem-solving skills to join our Federal Strategy & Operations practice, which works with US Federal Government agencies to solve their most difficult business problems. Work you’ll do

Federal Business Analysts work in a fast-paced environment that exposes them to multiple experiences. You will gain exposure to a diverse set of Federal Government clients and project roles. You’ll have the opportunity to help dynamic client organizations tackle their complex business problems and drive tangible results. You’ll also assist in determining the requirements of clients’ projects and programs by defining, analyzing, and managing requirements to help fulfill clients’ needs. While the specific job deliverables will vary according to clients’ needs, our Federal Business Analysts have the broad skills needed to tackle a wide variety of business initiatives.

Our Federal Strategy & Operations professionals offer insightful recommendations and data-fueled strategies to help our Federal Government clients address some of their most complex business issues. We are a diverse and talented team that supports a collaborative culture and delivers value through the application of strategy and process improvement. We tackle our clients’ organizational strategy, financial management, supply management, innovation, and growth issues and help to enhance their business performance and productivity as well as achieve their Federal Government agency client missions. Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, accounting, government/political science or liberal arts
  • Bachelor degree with a strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.4)
  • Strong analytical and critical thinker with the ability to solve complex problems and easily communicate findings
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
  • U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain U.S. Security Clearance
  • Willingness to travel
