Job Description and Responsibility：
Providing professional reception and related supports to visitors.
Responsible for express mail management as well as expense confirmation and settlement (including incoming and outgoing mails and package).
3. 负责会议室的管理并提供相关会议服务的支持, 包括审批及取消会议室申请、定期巡查会议室设施设备、布置会议场所、安排鲜花及茶歇等
Responsible for meeting room management and relevant support for meeting room services, include: Approve and cancel meeting room application, regularly patrol in meeting room to check equipment and facilities, setup meeting room layout, arrange fresh flower and coffee break etc.
Responsible for the call receiving and transferring of Reception
Assist for office cleaning and green plant management.
Assist for New Comer/Exit Support.
Assist in access control and security management.
Prepare documentation according to requirements, and make Chinese/English translations.
Small commissions based on the workload.
Diploma holder and above
Minimum 2 years working experience in professional reception
3.熟悉办公室支持工作, 会议服务, 前台接待及旅行安排。
Familiar with office support, meeting service, reception，travel organization;
High data sensitivity, good at making PPT and data reporting
Excellent language skills in Mandarin and English, both in written and spoken
Good image, elegant temperament, with affinity
