Our BrightStart Higher Apprenticeship Scheme offers you opportunities in Audit, Consulting, Financial Advisory, Risk Advisory and Tax (you will be asked to choose after your assessment centre).

We’re more involved in our clients’ businesses than ever before, providing advice and services beyond pure financial and tax due diligence. From headline-making restructuring work to price-sensitive business sales, we work on a huge variety of projects and for all kinds of clients. In Transaction Services we carry out due diligence on transactions both for acquirers and for vendors. Within the department we serve multiple sectors from manufacturing to consumer business and anything in between.

We are a successful international business that operates in the heart of the global Mergers and Acquisitions market in London.

Our typical business areas include:

  • Advisory – working with businesses of all sizes and structures to help manage mergers and acquisitions, structure their debts and model their (and future) organisations
  • Undertake ad hoc pieces of analysis and report drafting
  • Assist in the preparation of excel data books
  • Translate the due diligence report story board into initial report narrative
  • Review deliverables for errors and consistency
  • Providing additional project management and administration support to teams, including;
  • Processing client take on requirements (including compliance and conflict checks)
  • Preparing fee schedules and monitoring costs
  • Providing support to business development activities including;
  • Assisting in the preparation of proposals and client presentations
  • Undertaking research on target companies
  • Maintaining opportunity pipelines and researching potential opportunities

  • 260 UCAS points from top 3 A Levels (excluding General Studies) on the first sitting. You must have studied STEM subjects e.g. Science / Information Technology / Maths / Engineering – GCSE B in Maths and GCSE C in English. More in Academic requirements
