What you'll achieve

The Sr Manager of Business Transformation and Automation for the Federal Business Enablement & Operations team directs the development and execution of activities within complex, multi-phased Federal programs with internal and external dependencies. The Sr Manger provides strategic leadership and day to day management to the FBE Business Transformation and Automation teams , while defining the roadmap for future federal program milestones.

You will:
  • Lead, organize, develop a team of automation experts, program managers, and process leads
  • Develop and lead an Automation COE focused on the end-to-end Federal business
  • Develop and maintain business transformation roadmap
  • Partner with technology team on capacity, delivery, and release management
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across the organization

Essential Requirements
  • Ability to develop and drive business transformation roadmap inclusive of automation, AI/ML, data analytics, mobility and collaboration
  • Contributes to North Star analysis for end-to-end Federal processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including presentation skills to all levels of the organization; ability to manage conflict and identify risks
  • 5-10 years of increasing experience in program and/or service delivery planning and leadership, with a demonstrated ability to build and optimize teams, including mentoring, training, and conducting employee performance reviews
  • US Citizenship Required


Desirable Requirements
  • Experience with Automation Anywhere, UiPath, and associated RPA solutions
  • Working knowledge of business intelligence and analytics platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or related discipline
