CSB (コンシューマー&スモールビジネス)オンラインビジネスチームのEC モールマネージャー としてEC モール内のオンラインストアの売上を伸ばすために、商品部・マーケティング・オペレーション・カスタマーケア・ファイナンス・セールス部門と連携しながらサイトコンテンツ・オペレーション・外部とのパートナーシップをオンラインビジネスの知見を活かして最適化していただきます。
このポジションの役割:
EC モール内Dell 直営店舗を運営・最適化・拡大することでDell technologiesのダイレクト販売ビジネスを成長させる、Dell technologiesと各ECモール、お客様との橋渡しの役割を担います。
主たる業務:
- EC モール内店舗の売上・利益の最大化および、UIUX ・コンテンツ・CRM・オペレーションの部分・全体最適化をする
- 四半期ごとの販売計画の策定および、週次の売上集計・分析とその報告を行う
- プロダクトマーチャンダイジング、オペレーション、カスタマーケア、セールス、ファイナンスチーム等と連携の上、店舗運営・新商品発売・新規店舗の立上を実施する
- EC モール店舗内の商品・クリエイティブ・メルマガ等のCRM コンテンツを管理する
- 効率良くEC モール店舗のビジネスとオペレーションを行うため、社内フローの維持・改善・構築を行う
- 社内外からのEC モールに関する問い合わせに対して、ECモールチャネルマネージャーとして関連部門と協力して主たる窓口として対応する
必須条件:
- 4 年制大学学部卒以上
- 日本語ネイティブ(第二言語の場合、日本語能力試験 JLPT N1 相当以上)
- 3 年以上のEC モールサイト内店舗(楽天・Yahoo・Amazon等)の運営を、各ECモール内ツールを用いて行った経験。またはそれに相当する経験
- Microsoft Excel 上級以上の数値分析力および、PowerPoint を用いて販売計画、売上報告、各種提案をプレゼンできる
- EC モール内店舗向けのUIUX デザイン、コンテンツ・EDM等の制作に携わった経験

3rd party E-tail Channel Manager (E-commerce)
Your knowledge of e-commerce, combined with your digital marketing skills and analytical abilities, shapes how existing and new channels grow in 3rd party E-tail channels (Rakuten, Yahoo, and Amazon marketplaces). Leveraging your customer-oriented point of views, you provide Dell Technologies products and services for customers with user-friendly UI/UX
As a 3rd party E-tail Channel Manager in CSB Online Business team , you'll work closely with Merchandising, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Sales to drive third party e-tail business, to optimize web-store contents & operational scheme, and to manage external partnerships with your business acumen and extensive online business knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
This role is the key point of contact between Dell-technologies and 3rd party Marketplaces in order to drive a part of Dell Technologies online direct business by executing, optimizing, and expanding web stores in 3rd party e-tail platforms.
You will:
- Drive Marketplace sales & profit and implement optimizations for UI/UX, Contents, CRM, and End-to-End operational scheme.
- Quarterly business planning & weekly performance tracking and report them to key stakeholders regularly.
- Partner closely with Merchandising, Operation, Customer Care, Sales, and Finance teams to execute daily operation and new product launch.
- Manage the product, creative, CRM contents for Marketplaces
- Create and maintain internal processes to enable us to efficiently manage the business and operational optimization
- Act as a day-to-day contact for all Marketplace related inquiries on the assigned accounts internally and externally
Essential Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to speak and write in Japanese as native level ( ≒ JLPT N1 level +)
- 3+ years of experience in leading and executing Ecommerce on 3rd party platforms, such as Rakuten/Yahoo/Amazon (Marketplace model), by using the store management tools.
- Advanced MS Excel and Strong PowerPoint skills to deliver analytical business planning & sales reporting and these presentations.
- Experience in UI/UX design and contents & EDM creation for 3rd party marketplaces.
Desirable Requirements :
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams both internally and externally.
- Ability to understand basic HTML & CSS to update online content in Marketplace.
- Written English proficiency. Verbal English proficiency would also be a plus.
