Customer Success Intern
WHAT WE DO
DecisionDesk is a friendly application management tool for higher education, fine arts programs, and non-profits. We enable more than 100 clients to achieve enrollment goals with admissions technology that their applicants and staff love to use.
About the Role
A major factor of the company's success is exemplary customer service. A dedicated Customer Success Intern will have the following responsibilities:
- Respond to client/end-user inquiries through our support/ticketing system.
- Create and configure our platform for the client and manage ongoing updates/revisions.
- Monitor new feature requests from existing clients and help translate them into development specs with our management team
- Be available on a parttime / seasonal basis.
- Professional and able to conduct themselves in a way that reflects well on the company with high profile clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree (or pursuant).
