Key Responsibilities:

Use your top-notch C# skills to build out our flagship product CRM, Blackbird. We need your expertise not to maintain an existing application but to be the creative force in its success.

Collaborate with members of a SCRUM team to ensure success (Product Owners, Engineers, QA, Designer)

Establish User Personas in collaboration with Product Management

Perform risk analysis on each work item completed by a SCRUM Team

Coordinate and participate in risk based regression testing

Mentor and train other Software Engineers

May be asked to serve as Scrum Master

May be asked to participate in Quarterly Architecture Summits

Skills/Requirements

Experience needed:

6+ Years Software Development with C#

Agile/SCRUM

Developing and Implementing enterprise level software applications

Leading development teams

Desired Skills & Expertise:

C# ASP.NET MVC and Web API

JavaScript (Angular and/or React.js), jQuery, Bootstrap

LINQ, Generics, Lambda expressions, extension methods, attributes

ORM Frameworks (Entity Framework, NHibernate)

IoC containers e.g. Unity, MEF, Ninject

Web Services and serialization, XML, JSON, SOAP, WCF, REST

HTML5 and CSS3

SQL Server 2012/2016
