POSITION SUMMARY:

The Implementation Consultant is responsible for both on-site and remote product installation and training for all of the products in our product suite. This specific role will primarily focus on iDMS.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform on-site and/or remote product consultation and implementation
  • Complete simple to moderately complex tasks related to the installation and customer training of products
  • Consult on process best practices especially around revenue driving functionality that will result in strong usage and customers for life
  • Develop and cultivate customer relationships while onsite
  • Obtain buy- in from dealership's key leadership on the new processes and technology
  • Assist with transition of customer post- implementation to other teams
  • Upsell whitespace opportunities including ongoing consulting services
  • Provide feedback to internal teams on required changes based on implementation consultation conversations
  • Be a source of knowledge on product specific items for the company
  • Assist with at risk customers on case by case basis
  • Work independently with minimal supervision and other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Administration or other related degree
  • 2+ years of experience working directly with customers
  • 1+ years of experience with one or more DealerSocket Product
  • Experience teaching or training both to groups and one-on-one
  • Exerience in dealership Accounting procedures and general accounting background preferred

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Position may require extensive travel – up to 75%
