CRM Platform Conversion Specialist

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

  • Interact with customers via the phone in setting up additional products they have purchased or agreed to implement
  • Work with third party vendors to secure feeds of vital data for customers as needed
  • Provide base level training to customers and assist them in setting up access to our virtual classroom environment
  • Work with internal departments to facilitate the exchange of data between systems using established data transfer methods
  • Partner with the Development team to provide feedback on the conversion process and any issues that are encountered
  • Work with other departments in the company as needed to facilitate the implementation of new products for customers

Skills/Requirements

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: High School diploma or equivalent

Experience: Customer Support – Required 1+ yrs

Preferred Experience: DealerSocket/DealerFire 1 year +, MS SQL Server 6 months

  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly attitude
  • Must be extremely organized
