Now, we’re looking for experienced Dealer Performance Analysts to join our award winning team. In this role you will be responsible for monitoring the performance of dealers within your portfolio and connect with the field teams (Process Consulting, Performance Improvement, Program Management, Sales) to identify issues and/or area of opportunities. Depending on the situation, you will be contacting dealerships directly. You will be using reporting tools to obtain the metrics and information necessary to determine the status and also to recommend actions that will benefit our dealership customers. The Dealer Performance Analyst role involves collaborating with all members of the Data Analytics and Reporting team to generate new or improved monitoring tools and dashboards  so as to ensure our customers are successful and experience a Perfect Journey using our systems.

  • Monitor daily and weekly utilization of our systems and key dealer performance metrics (e.g., maintenance penetration)
  • Generate PowerPoint presentations that summarize your findings and communicate your points effectively to the Dealer-FX field team and our customers at the dealerships
  • Identify and communicate with the action owners any dealers who have dropped in utilization and/or performance compared to their long term trend
  • Provide case studies of successful dealerships that will be used by the Sales team to effectively communicate with potential customers
  • Identify the root cause of  issues affecting dealer performance and coordinate with other functions for resolution


  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with stakeholders of different areas and rank within an organization
  • Excellent listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to solve problems as an individual performer as well as by coordinating efforts with different departments
  • Experience with data analytics, including the use of metrics and KPIs to define status and necessary actions
  • Dealership service department experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
