Data & AI Portfolio Management

• Design and manage portfolio management frameworks for data and AI initiatives, ensuring visibility, prioritization, and alignment to enterprise strategy.

• Establish reporting mechanisms to track progress, value realization, and risk across the data and AI portfolio.

• Partner with product and business stakeholders to ensure portfolio balance across innovation, enablement, and efficiency initiatives.

Financial Management & Budget Alignment

• Lead financial management for data and AI investments, ensuring transparency, accountability, and alignment with enterprise budget cycles.

• Develop business cases and ROI analyses for key data and AI initiatives.

• Collaborate with Finance to forecast, allocate, and optimize spend across the portfolio.

Data Strategy Roadmap & Implementation

• Define and maintain the enterprise data strategy and translate it into actionable roadmaps and execution plans.

• Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure delivery of capabilities that enable enterprise data and AI goals.

• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategy updates and innovation opportunities.

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead and develop a team of data strategy and portfolio professionals, fostering growth, collaboration, and accountability.

• Champion a culture of data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on data strategy and investment priorities.

• Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
