Production Order Analyst


Located at our Brampton Head Office, this position is primarily responsible for analyzing order requirements and specifications, and accurately and efficiently processing orders and estimates for Torbram manufactured offset rotary and sheet fed products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, validate and process orders ensuring accurate specifications, pricing, commissions and warehouse costs.
  • Seek and recommend opportunities for improvement in costs and manufacturing efficiencies while processing and estimating orders.
  • Communicate with Sales and Raw Materials Inventory departments to ensure pricing manufacturing parameters on new and existing orders are complete and accurate.
  • Retrieve and process estimates and orders through a web based tool called MCM.
  • Process requisitions and purchase orders for tooling, consumables and outside work as required.
  • Provide accurate and timely estimates for repeat and new RFQ opportunities supporting Sales to retaining existing and win new business.
  • Investigate Excess Costs (E/C’s) and Re-Solution Requests (RSR’s) providing Root Cause Analysis and with input on corrective action.
  • Participate with implementation and testing of system changes.


  • Five (5) years’ experience in a print related industry
  • Five (5) years’ experience in a print related industry
  • Knowledge understanding of Pre-Press, Press, Collating Finishing operations
  • Excellent communication, organization analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Must have a strong penchant for details and be highly organized
