Customer Support Representative Torbram Location

The CSR has daily customer service interaction with our clients and support the Account Specialist team for various account. This position requires answering phones and addressing inquiries for internal and external clients. The ideal candidate will be able to handle a wide variety of responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle client call regarding quality, new items and delivery status; Act as a liaison between Internal departments and clients; Administrative duties such as filing, maintaining job notes, reception coverage, ad hoc initiatives, etc. Accept phone / emailed orders and requests for order forms and additional information Involved in day to day issues through phone and emails regarding order transactions Assisting CX team members with various administration tasks Maintain electronic filing of documents related to specific accounts Prepare various reports as required

Requirements:

Technical or Community College Diploma 1 2 years customer service experience with strong problem-solving and follow-up skills; A champion in delivering remarkable customer experience Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), interpersonal and organization skills. Accurate and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (intermediate). Knowledge of print industry is an asset. Bilingual (French English, verbal and writing) would be an asset
