Account Specialist


Located at our Brampton Head Office, this position is primarily responsible for providing support to the Sales Team and providing a consistent first point of contact for clients.


A) Support for production order entry

  • Establishing list price using various Price Books and pricing tools
  • Establishing sell prices after consulting with Account Executive or based on contractual agreements
  • Entering production orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Follow up on orders
  • Expediting of orders and escalation to management as required
  • Reviewing proofs for accuracy prior to sending to customer

B) Inventory Management

  • Run and prepare various reports for client and/or Account Executive
  • Analyze reports and recommend items to be actioned

C) Liaise with clients and internal contacts

  • Handle client inquiries relating to: Orders, pricing, deliveries, general inquiries and complaints

D) Administrative duties

  • File maintenance
  • Creating and maintaining Job Notes
  • Assist other support staff and sales team with ad hoc initiatives
  • Warehouse releases / track and tracer order / RSRs
  • Telesales when and where required


  • Technical or Community College Diploma : Administration, Marketing, General Business
  • One (1) to two (2) year of experience within Customer Service department
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail

  • Print production knowledge is an asset
