Sr. IT Technician

To complement our World-Class technical teams, we are seeking an awesome, customer service oriented Sr. IT Support Tech. You will be providing hardware and software technical support for our employees. You will primarily be responding to tickets and providing support for Mac, Windows, iOS and Android devices, printers, and other systems as needed. This position reports to the Director of IT and will receive general supervision, but will be expected to be able to exercise independent judgment and decision-making.

  • Hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Proficiency at Remote Access
  • Setup and configuration assistance, including installing software, operating systems, and peripheral devices
  • Create and maintain Images for MAC & PC
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues with the LAN
  • Monitor and utilize Meraki tools
  • Assisting remote users in other offices
  • Selecting and Evaluating new and or specially configured hardware or software
  • Interact with hardware vendors for repairs/service including warranty claims
  • Cell Phone support
  • Inventory –consistently updating to keep accurate
  • Anti-virus software installation, reporting and removal of infections Training users as needed
  • Providing A/V support for conference rooms
  • Confident working directly with employees and Management – This is customer facing
  • Device provisioning, decommissioning


  • 5 years of experience providing Tech Support to users of Macs, PCs and various mobile device platforms
  • Working in a manufacturing environment a plus
  • AP experience – preferably with Meraki
  • Team player
  • Deploy Images
  • Samanage experience a plus
  • MDM experience
  • Experience with Inventory tracking and maintenance
  • Basic Ethernet networking skills
  • Customer service focus
  • Experience with basic networking using cloud based controllers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Able to adapt quickly to change and be up to date on new developments in the IT industry
  • Bachelor's Degree
