Senior Engineering Manager

At DAQRI, we take enormous pride in our engineering to deliver the right product. We are tackling some of the toughest challenges in computer vision, deep learning, and navigation software. We are looking for an awesome engineering manager to help deliver the computer vision software stack on the Smart Helmet. Our ideal candidate will be a self-starter who loves building amazing things by questioning the standard way of doing things.

  • Hands-on technical manager (code reviews, project management)
  • Deliver Computer Vision products from concept to market
  • Lead cross-functional planning, prioritization and communication


  • Strong analytical and algorithmic problem solving skills
  • Experience working with an Agile Engineering team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of good software engineering practices
  • Proven experience in project management
  • Some experience of embedded systems and Linux
  • Start-up kind of person with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment


  • Proven fluency in C, C++, and Linux
  • Experience with embedded systems
  • Experience with video systems/sensor systems for high performance applications
  • Experience in Computer Vision, Image Processing; Machine Learning is a plus


  • BS in CS, EE and/or Mathematics and 5 years experience or MS + 2 year of experience
  • PhD is a plus
