Office Coordinator

DAQRI Holographics is currently looking for an Office Coordinator to help with the smooth running of the department.
 
We are looking for someone who has good communication skill along with an outgoing and positive attitude.  The successful candidate will need to show a professional approach in dealing with our customers and suppliers as well as the other companies within the DAQRI group.

Responsibilities

  • Deal with incoming and outgoing post including Fedex and DHL shipments
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to email enquiries
  • Reception duties which include greeting and looking after visitors
  • Update computer records
  • Assist with raising purchase orders
  • Arrange meetings; includes provision of refreshments when requested
  • Make travel arrangements using DAQRI corporate traveller and arrange taxis
  • Ensure DAQRI café supplies are ordered on a weekly basis
  • Ensure any other administrative task are undertaken in a timely manner when requested

Requirements

  • GCSE English and Maths accreditation
  • Minimum intermediate skills level of complete Microsoft Office package
  • Experience with Google applications, specifically Gmail and Google Calendar
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good time management skills
  • Ability to use your own initiative
  • Deal professionally with people at all levels
  • Have a flexible approach to working hours
  • Knowledge of use of office equipment (printers, photocopiers, etc.)
