At DAQRI we are tackling some of the toughest challenges in how to Deploy Augmented Reality a fundamental different way of working. By connecting people, data and machines through wearable tech and software products, we make it easier for people to learn and work in the connected era.
In this role, you will focus on creating content that enables customers and partners to successfully adopt DAQRI technology.  The location for this position will be Los Angeles, CA and will report to the Director – Business & Sales Operations.

·       Write engaging documentation for users of Smart Helmet and other DAQRI products, Unity developers, Linux developers
·       Create graphics and identify appropriate screenshots to accompany written documentation
·       Create exercises and activities that enhance the learning process for customers
·       Write scripts for video tutorials
·       Write documentation for custom AR software applications
·       Write knowledge base articles for web forums
·       Work with subject matter experts to understand new features and products
·       Help identify target audience’s training needs
·       Development and management of repository of artifacts for internal and external partners
·       Work cross-functionally to achieve results that drive the business development team
·       Aid in the establishment of the systems, tools and processes that strengthen operations

Minimum Requirements:
·       Proven working experience in instructional design and with instructional technology
·       Ability and interest in understanding augmented reality hardware and software technology
·       Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts
·       Ability to manage projects and communicate results to stakeholders at any level
·       Lesson and curriculum planning skills
·       Visual design skills (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator) and ability to storyboard
·       Basic HTML, markdown knowledge
·       Creativity and a passion for solving problems through execution
·       Entrepreneurial spirit is a must
·      Product marketing experience a plus
