Managing Broker, Part-Time
Park Ridge, IL
- Flexible Hours – 15 In-Office Hours, per week
- Compensation – Salary with additional bonus incentive
Oversee agent education, sales, and compliance for our Park Ridge office. Provide support and guidance to Agents through training, ongoing education, and transaction processes.
BASIC JOB DUTIES:
o Review all transaction files
o Work with compliance team to solve arbitration and documentation issues
o Provide educational resources to Agents
o Facilitate New Agent education programs, including Jumpstart 1, 2, 3, & 4
o Maintain updated training materials and class outlines
o Lead Office Management Team – including management of the team budget
o Organize weekly training seminars
o Promote continuing education courses
o Offer guidance and support to Agents
o Stay up to date on changes within Real Estate compliance requirements
o Hold Illinois Managing Brokers State License
o Have experience in coaching and training Brokers
o Understand IL Suburban Regional Market, (Park Ridge Market a plus)
o Must have computer and basic office software experience
o Must work well in teams
o Weekend and evening work sometimes required
o Monthly MB meetings will require some travel to Chicago (travel compensation provided)
