Job Description
Candidates need to live within 50 miles of either the St. Louis Park, MN office and/or the Houston, TX office.

Supports the overall operational effectiveness of Medicare Individual Phones Teams, so all members experience the same exceptional level of service. Fosters an inclusive environment to support member/provider satisfaction, retention, and growth.

• Coaches and mentors team members, assisting with complex questions and customer interactions.

• Performs call reviews and provides feedback based on the results of the reviews.
• Acts as liaison between staff and other areas, communicating workflow results, ideas, and solutions.
• Completes various business reports, including tracking, trending and results.

• Works with the Medicare leadership team to allocate resources to meet volume and performance standards
• Responsible for fostering discussions surrounding problem identification and escalation for resolution
• Builds a cohesive team through collaboration, inclusion, and diverse thinking
• Initiates and maintains partnerships with others throughout the organization.
• Responsible for taking escalated calls, ensuring satisfaction through prompt, accurate and careful handling.

This position is part of Service Operations.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 40,600
Maximum: 83,400

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications
Leadership experience in any capacity.
Leading teams and/or individuals.
Must be able to work from St. Louis Park, MN and/or Houston office minimum two days out of the week.
Must be able to work between 9am CST - 7pm CST

Preferred Qualifications
1+ years leading and/or working in a call center.
2+ years of Medicare Experience
Bilingual in Spanish a plus

Education
High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience
