Job Description
The Senior Manager, Provider and Network Insights, Medicare is responsible for leading the development and implementation of various analytics/insights efforts focused on improving the end-to-end interactions that providers experience throughout their partnerships with Aetna.

The Senior Manager must be highly skilled at extracting insights from data and translating them into specific actions to advance key business objectives. The position will be primarily focused on improving provider experience within the Medicare segment.

Key Responsibilities
• Support two critical growth initiatives focused on the development and implementation of service insight tools
• Routinely monitor data tools to monitor service levels and extract key insights that can facilitate action to improve the service experience of Aetna providers

• Role will place equal emphasis on the quality of tools and insights as well as the launch, training, and procedural support across Network required to effectively utilize these tools at-scale
• Routinely lead ad-hoc investigations and/or initiatives on behalf of senior leadership
• Establish workflow and processes necessary to activate insight tools across Network organization (launch, train, and manage accordingly)
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to establish new reporting assets and/or to conduct detailed reviews to resolve systemic or provider-specific dissatisfaction sources
• Proactively identify operational and program issues, facilitate recommendations, and ensure appropriate escalation and decisions from Senior Leadership
• Partner with business leaders across Aetna to create necessary alignments and to advance key priorities at the pace and quality standards necessary

*This is a remote position and can be based anywhere in U.S.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 75,400
Maximum: 162,700

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, analytics, project management, or consulting, with demonstrated business impact

Proven track record managing complex projects and or programs that successfully resulted in cost savings and/or other material business impacts

Adept at manipulating data and conducting complex analytics (Excel minimum), and building operations process flows (Visio minimum)

Preferred Qualifications
Experience as a management consultant or within a business start-up or turnaround environment (entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in ambiguous situations).

Advanced analytics skills (utilize tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, etc. to manipulate and extract data/insights; not necessarily to develop tools within this software.)

Demonstrates strong ability to communicate technical concepts and implications to business partners.

Knowledge of Medicare.

Education
Bachelor's degree in quantitative field, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience.

Master's degree in quantitative field or MBA strongly preferred
