  • Provide end-to-end project management support over both business and technology aspects involved in evaluating and operationalizing new products, initiatives, and solutions ensuring their successful implementation and delivery.
  • Lead high-level, large, and complex projects with significant resource requirements and risk.
  • Effectively communicate strategies, goals, and progress to executive leadership through high-level presentation skills.
  • Collaborate with functions across the enterprise to identify needs, solve complex problems, develop new solutions, and improve products, processes, and services.
  • Act as a resource for colleagues in and outside of the department to offer feedback for decisions and continuous improvement strategies.
  • Encourage a spirit of trust, elevate risks, and communicate dependencies in a timely manner that allows for mitigation and/or strategic reaction.
  • Proficient understanding of the business landscape, analyzing market trends and industry dynamics to inform decision-making.
  • Streamlining processes and operational workflows within the product delivery and evaluation lifecycle, contributing to increased efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Guiding teams through changes within the department's scope, ensuring successful adaptation to evolving strategies and processes.
  • Applying strategic thinking to department initiatives, aligning projects with organizational goals, contributing to departmental strategies, and data analysis for informed decision-making. Able to identify and solve complex problems, develop new solutions and takes on a new perspective on existing problems.
  • Advanced project and program methodologies. Ability to lead large and complex projects with significant resource requirements and risk ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation.
  • Contributing to the development of team members within the department, fostering a culture of learning and growth. Providing mentorship and guidance to junior staff, actively supporting their professional development.
  • Strong collaboration skills, understanding of network dynamics, and ability to influence stakeholders at a high level. Facilitating collaboration among teams and other business units to ensure success in department initiatives.
  • Be able to build relationships with internal colleagues and external customers, focusing on enhancing departmental outcomes.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, conveying information clearly to diverse audiences within department.
Required Qualifications
  • 5 to 7 years Project Management experience
  • 3 to 5 years Stakeholder Management- experience communicating with executive leaders both through written and verbal communications.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience managing cross-functional projects in the healthcare or insurance industry.
  • Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • (PMP) Project Management certification
  • Strong understanding of the Commercial healthcare insurance business
  • A ctively seeking opportunities for growth and improvement, demonstrating a commitment to continuous development.
  • Ability to execute, deliver and meet deadlines (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
  • Strong business intelligence
Education
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience.
Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:$67,900.00 - $199,144.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.Our people fuel our future.
