Senior Manager, Network Management (Healthcare)

Job Description
Help CVS/Aetna grow membership and improve the quality of care our members received by contracting and building collaborative relationships with physicians.

The Senior Manager will be responsible for contracting and implementing value based agreements with key physician groups.

This person will also work collaboratively with Aetna and CVS departments to identify initiatives to improve physician performance and quality of care provided to our members.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 75,400
Maximum: 158,300

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
Proven working knowledge of provider financial issues and competitor strategies, complex contracting options, financial/contracting arrangements and regulatory requirements.

5-7 years related experience and comprehensive level of negotiating skills with successful track record negotiating contracts with individual or complex provider systems or groups.

Advanced Excel experience including pivot tables and vlookup function.

Strong communication, critical thinking, problem resolution and interpersonal skills.

Commercial and Medicare experience preferred.

Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
