Job Description
CVS Health as an excellent opportunity available for an Implementation Consultant on our team in Northbrook, IL. Exciting new position for someone interested in managing the overall processing of clinical program implementations and coding for all of the Clinical Non-Adjudication programs and we have 40+ individual programs at any point in time.

As the Implementation Consultant (IC) you must apply both general and detailed knowledge of Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) programs and up to 10 systems to implement complex clinical programs within tight timelines and with high quality. The IC will specialize and act as a subject matter expert in focused product areas (eg, Formulary, Specialty) and lines of business (eg, Aetna, Anthem, coalitions, Medicare Part D), and must be able to manage multiple, complex implementations with other internal teams and with business-critical deadlines. You will partner with our Sales, Operations, Product Development, Finance, Member Communications, IT, and Client Implementation teams to support opportunities through new product development and new/existing client assignments.

In order to be successful in this role you must utilize excellent communication skills, project management experience, strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills. You should be detail oriented with a focus on quality and proficient with computer programs including Microsoft Suite of products (Excel, Word, Access). You will need to maintain regular and predictable attendance, work mandatory overtime/extended work week when needed.

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience with Data Analysis and Large Data Sets

- 3+ years of experience working within Healthcare, Pharma or Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM)

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree within Arts or Science

- Experience in Data Warehouse, Links, AdvanceClinical, RetroDur, CSS and the various adjudication systems.

Verifiable high school diploma or GED
